I'm Stephen Wilson, a PGA Professional and the Director of Events & Partnerships at Five Iron Golf UAE. I work at the intersection of world-class golf, premium hospitality, and commercial growth in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
Based across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I lead corporate events and strategic partnerships across Five Iron's UAE venues: Dubai Marina, Business Bay, and our third location opening at Yas Bay Abu Dhabi in August 2026.
Before moving into the business side of the game, I spent years on the teaching side as a PGA Professional. That foundation shapes everything I do: a genuine passion for golf, a high standard for the guest experience, and the ability to connect with people who love the game as much as I do.

The Game
I grew up with the game. Qualifying as a PGA Professional wasn't just a career path. It was a commitment to understanding golf from the inside out: the technique, the culture, the way it brings people together in ways that very few other environments can.
Moving into the business side was a natural progression. The UAE gave me an extraordinary platform: a market where golf is genuinely growing, where indoor golf concepts like Five Iron are reshaping who plays and how they play, and where the appetite for premium experiences is unlike anywhere else in the world.
Whether I'm in simulator at Dubai Marina, at an EPGA Pro-Am, or simply playing a round with friends, the game is always at the centre of what I do.
Events

Four exclusive evenings hosted at Five Iron UAE for IFZA and their clients, welcoming around 150 guests per night. A premium format designed to work for seasoned golfers and first-timers alike: friendly competition, great hospitality, and the kind of environment where business relationships are built naturally.
An open pairs competition with a prize worth travelling for. The winning pair took home a five-night trip to Heritage Resorts in Mauritius. Partnering with Heritage Resorts brought a premium travel dimension to the event and set a new benchmark for what a simulator golf competition can look like in the UAE.
A 400-person evening for Marriott colleagues and partners across F1, football, basketball, golf, and darts activations. A full venue takeover that showcased what Five Iron UAE does best: bringing people together through sport and entertainment at genuine scale.
